Ame out for ice maker line gave estimate customer agreed installed new ice maker box and water shut off for cold side kitchen faucet tested no failure at this time.
Customer needed quotes for items to be addressed there in their due diligence window. I have left five quotes for issues that I observed within the house. Water heater, a leaking sewer line in crawlspace, kitchen sink drainage and galvanized water main all need to be addressed.
Upon arrival customer stated that she was smelling a burning smell of wires coming through supply vents. After inspection of system found that unit had a failed blower motor capacitor. Recommended replacing the blower capacitor to further inspect the system, customer approved to do so. Replaced capacitor and system came back on, blower motor is pulling high amps due to running under a weak load for a while. Advised customer that blower motor can still eventually end up failing recommended changing customer declined recommendations at this time. As used customer of flex gas line going into cabinet recommended bringing gas line up to code with hard iron pipe customer declined recommendations at this time. Inducer draft motor is over amping due to age of system. Recommended speaking with an install supervisor about updating aged furnace. Customer declined recommendations at this time. Checked outdoor unit heat pump is 4 years old, capacitor and contactor tested good with no issue,condense
For this job I replaced an outdoor box and completed a troubleshoot for a tripping GFCI. I ended up replacing the GFCI.
Water pressure to home, over PSI. Replaced multi turn shut off valve, PRV, and added Streamlab. Also replaced supply stops and lines to both toilets in home. Set water pressure to 64PSI.
Installed outlet in crawl space on circuit breaker 16
Leaking hose spigot. Water pressure to home 60PSI. Replaced front hose spigot.
